Ashley Williams Promoted to Regional Property Manager
In her new role, Ashley will oversee a portfolio of communities while providing operational leadership to onsite teams. Her promotion reflects both her strong performance and WPM’s continued investment in developing leaders who bring experience, integrity, and a service-minded approach to property management.
Ashley joined WPM in 2022 as Property Manager at The BLVD at White Springs, where she delivered strong results through day-to-day operational execution. She was promoted to Property Manager Specialist in 2025, expanding her influence within the Multifamily portfolio through onboarding, training, and hands-on support for community teams. Across each role, Ashley has consistently shown the judgment, presence, and problem-solving mindset essential to the RPM role.
With more than 20 years in the property management industry and over a decade of experience as a Property Manager, Ashley brings deep operational knowledge and a steady leadership style. She earned her ARM® designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in 2024 and serves on the DEI Committee for IREM Maryland Chapter 16.
Ashley’s leadership and performance have also been recognized across the industry. She was named Property Manager of the Year by the Maryland Multi-Housing Association (MMHA) for 2023–2024, reflecting her commitment to excellence in operations, customer service, and resident experience.
“Ashley has a natural ability to lead with both confidence and care,” said Korrie Borkowski, Director of Operations for WPM’s Multifamily division. “She understands that strong performance starts with strong teams, and she consistently shows up for her colleagues, clients, and residents. We’re excited to see her step into this role and continue to grow her impact across the organization.”
Please join us in congratulating Ashley on her well-earned promotion to Regional Property Manager.
